Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JTP account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality control team.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
